There are so many foods that have the right kind of calories that everyone should be able to find foods that they like and that give them the proper nutrition. A person does not have to suffer to eat right. Many of the right foods taste good and are good for you too.
Of course, everyone's tastes are different so this will be different for everyone. It takes a little experimentation to find the right foods for each person, but that can be fun, because you get to try new things.
Experimentation is a good thing and can be considered an adventure of sorts. It is wise to buy small amounts of the foods until you find the ones that you know that you like. Doing a little research as to the foods that contain the calories and anti-aging characteristics that you are looking for is a good way to decide what you need to try.
If you have not tried the food before, buy a small amount and give it a whirl. If there is preparation required it may be good to look up a recipe or two to find one that seems like it would be good to you. Often though, if it is a vegetable you may not even have to cook at all. You may be able to just eat it as is!
